This one-family-owned car is a gem. Purchased new in 1964, it spent most of its life in Albuquerque, NM. Every service, part replaced and even fuel stops are painstakingly recorded in a log the owner kept. It was parked in a garage for over 20 years without being driven and the engine was stuck.

It came towed in to us as an inherited vehicle which the family wanted restored to its original glory. The engine has quite a bit of aluminum and proved to be some difficulty during the complete overhaul (what with pulled threads and so forth), but finally the old girl breathed again.

After months of work, new paint and body work, new interior, tires, complete engine overhaul and too many other little parts to mention, it drove back to its new home under its own power and the owners could not have been more pleased.
