First, we take off both inner door panels in order to lengthen the wiring harnesses.

Next, we take off both front fenders to gain access to the hinges and then tape the doors in place.

Unpack the VDI hinge kit. It’s a monster with amazing engineering and ultra-high-quality parts and hardware.

Install the hinges and make final adjustments.

Reinstall fenders, trim pieces and inner door panels.

Check operation and final inspections.
